Economy

Working together, we must promote, market, and grow our region’s key revenue drivers, tourism, agriculture and water-related industries. Having grown up in a local, family business that catered to tourists and then going on to work with local business leaders as part of my public service as your legislator, I know what it will take to keep the Shore’s economy productive and moving forward.

I am particularly interested in the move towards more trades education. As great as college is for some of our youth, we know that college is not for everyone. Some young entrepreneurs prefer to start their own small business and there are others who like to work with their hands. There is a place for everyone and all work is valued.
