Officials Brief Council on Upcoming Legislative Session
State Senator Mary Beth Carozza and Delegates Charles Otto and Wayne Hartman came before the Berlin Council and Mayor Zack Tyndall Monday night to share their views on the upcoming session of the Maryland General Assembly.
