Committed to Protecting our "Shore Way of Life"
Throughout my years in public service, I have always found that the best ideas and solutions come from the people who are running a small business, tilling the soil, working on the waters, and raising a family. Having grown up here, I know what makes our community and its people so special. Their hopes are my hopes. Their values are my values. This we share. And this we must protect.
As your State Senator, I can assure you that I will continue listening and talking to voters as individuals. I will work every day to champion the priorities of our local community and business leaders. And there will always be a special place for the many hard-working families across the district. You are the backbone of our Shore Way of Life and to you I give my deepest commitment to provide the most thorough and responsive constituent service possible. I promise to work as hard for you as you do for your family.
My top priorities will always be to keep our communities safe and keep our local economy strong by growing jobs, protecting farming and fishing, and promoting tourism. We must keep demanding excellence in our schools and education system. Bringing low cost Broadband Internet service to all of the lower shore, including the rural communities is essential. And, we must preserve the fragile existence of our beautiful rivers, streams, waterways and oceanfront. All are vital to maintaining and perpetuating a proud way of life for us and for our children and their children.
My goal is to rebuild trust in government and set a new standard for accountability and responsiveness. I believe in lower taxes, smaller government and solving issues with pro-community, pro-business and pro-family solutions.
My commitment to these priorities comes from living them. And from that commitment I will work tirelessly to protect our Shore Way of Life.
